We have a vacant ground floor which is in shabby condition and requires quite extensive alterations and air conditioning and complete infrastructure for modern letting. Our agents introduced a firm who we approved of who were on a tight time schedule to get out of their existing offices and into ours, we were introduced to Tangent by another well satisfied customer, and although this is the first project they have undertaken for us they have performed to the letter.

We have used Tangent Projects on several refurbishment projects in the last 3 years and they are currently undertaking a refurbishment of a 7 storey office block for us. We have always found them to be cost conscious and open to ideas. They have completed all projects undertaken for us on time and on budget, albeit with a few agreed variations. Their quality of workmanship is of a very high standard and as they use a consistent labour force there is a very good atmosphere on their sites with trades working willingly together and always in the correct sequence. If a problem arises on site they do not try and hide it and are always up front in addressing matters to ensure successful completion, not only for themselves but also their client.
